This involves a 30 minute in car evaluation and 1 hour group test about attitudes and approaches to driving. The goal of this program is to help drivers identify and reduce risks while driving. This Assessment targets RISK ANALYSIS, the risk potential of High, Medium and low level risks. Our task is to assist the driver in seeking methods of improvement in any of their driving, self-evaluation, or perceptive/attitudinal skills. The end goal is to identify and reduce risk, driving technique is not the priority unless it affects risk.
This is a one day course that focuses on drivers psychomotor and cognitive skills. It includes 3 hours of in-class theory, one hour of in-car evaluation, and a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course. It is a One full day Program of Re-Training and if necessary improve the drivers psychomotor skills, cognitive skills and effective skills HOWEVER! No Re-training programme can operate in isolation It requires co-operation and motivation from both the company drivers and the company.
